NEW MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

All new adult applicants who wish to join the Youngwood Sportsmen Club effective January 2019 will be required to perform four hours of service at the club in their first year of membership. The service requirement will be required to be completed by December 31 of the calendar year in which they become a member. Failure to complete this obligation will result in the member forfeiting his/her membership for the next calendar year. It will be the responsibility of the executive board to determine where services are needed and may include any task deemed necessary to maintain and enhance the club. A master list of opportunities to complete this requirement will be kept by the membership committee and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Once a particular event is filled, new applicants will be required to choose from the remaining list. If the executive board deems that all services have been completed in a calendar year, it reserves the right to extend the obligations of the new member to the next calendar year.
