Membership

Meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at 8:00 PM.  New membership applications will be accepted BEFORE the meeting from 6:30PM-7:50PM.  No applications will be accepted past 8:00PM as the meeting will convene.

Membership shall be available to any citizen of the United States who is of good moral character. An appropriate application must be submitted with the endorsement of a life or regular member of the association, having at least one year of membership. Applications for juniors (age 17 and younger), and regular members (age 18 and older) are received annually, during the months of January thru September.

Upon submission of a membership application with appropriate fees (junior – $10; regular – $50 plus $100 initiation fee), all new applicants above the age of ten (10), must attend a regular monthly meeting with their sponsors, to be introduced and recognized by the members in attendance. These applications will then be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Following approval, applicants’ names will be presented at the next regular monthly meeting, for members in attendance to vote on their acceptance into membership.

The Board of Directors, at it’s discretion, may close membership into the association at any time.

KEY FOBS CAN NOT BE MAILED!

Members can pick up key fobs on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at our membership meeting between 6:00PM and 8:00PM or after the meeting, and also on the first Sunday of every month between 12:00PM and 2:00PM.

REPLACEMENT FEE IS $5.00 FOR A REPLACEMENT KEY FOB.

New members can pick up their membership packets and fobs after the meeting in which they have been voted in as new members by the membership.
